Frequently asked questions
Is Hey‑KI free to use?
Yes. Hey‑KI is free for job seekers. You can start searching for suitable job offers right away, without signing up.
Do I need to register?
No. You can start the chat directly and search for suitable jobs. For the search, you do not need an email address, your name, or your full address.
How does Hey‑KI find my job offers?
Hey‑KI asks about your priorities in the chat and then searches our continuously updated database of job offers from our partners. The job offers are analyzed and checked so that you can see suitable and reliable results.
How often are the job offers updated?
We sync job data with our partners continuously. Most sources are updated every hour. We also monitor whether users come across expired job listings. We see this very rarely, in under 0.1% of clicks on job offers.
Can I continue or save my search later?
As long as you keep the browser tab open, you can continue the chat. A more permanent save feature is planned.
What happens to my data?
We actively separate your identity from AI use. Hey‑KI is built so that technical data is reduced early and pseudonymized. For job search, what matters is what you tell the chat about your wishes and priorities, not who you are.
You decide what you share with the AI. For the search, you do not need to provide contact details or a formal resume. This is intentional: Hey‑KI does not want to build a candidate database. Hey‑KI wants to help you find suitable jobs.
You can find clear explanations and all legal details in our Privacy Policy.
How is Hey‑KI different from other job portals?
We do not force you into fixed filters. The AI reads job descriptions and checks whether they fit your priorities. It can take hard exclusion criteria into account, as well as specific or unusual requirements.
Why do you show so few jobs?
We try to understand what matters most to you. That is why we show suggestions that fit especially well, make differences clear, or point to useful alternatives. Long lists with long job descriptions are less helpful than the right examples and concrete suggestions.
